Refund policy

All sales are final.
Everything in this store is a digital download, delivered instantly after checkout. Because the files are yours the moment you buy them, we can’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Before you buy: each product page lists exactly what’s inside, the page count and the paper size (US Letter). Every tool includes a full-color and an ink-saver version, delivered together as one ZIP file.

If your download is broken: if a file won’t download, won’t open, or arrives damaged, that’s on us. Email billbrentcoaching@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send a working copy.
